You will lead, mentor, and inspire our Showroom Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and sustainable sales growth.

You will drive performance by taking accountability for showrooms meeting, exceeding sales targets, profit/AOP objectives, and trading margins.

You will ensure suitably qualified operatives are deployed, safe systems of work are in place, and all activities are delivered efficiently and compliantly.

You will demonstrate a strong customer focus, supporting end users to resolve issues, managing complaints effectively and contributing to wider Ministry of Defence objectives, including carbon reduction initiatives.
