Regional General Manager jobs in County Down

You will lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with the UK & Ireland Managing Director and the wider Vortex International Group to implement business strategy and ensure best-in-class delivery across the region. Key ResponsibilitiesLead all operational activities across the NI & Ireland region.

You will have improved margins and lead sizeable teams in wholesale or trade-supply environments (building materials / technical products etc.). A key priority will be developing and executing a structured sales strategy to deliver profitable growth, increased market share, and stronger customer relationships.

You will be familiar with managing through clear KPIs and making decisions considering labour; stock; food safetyrequirements, customer sentiment plus others in line with brand standards and a budget

You will create a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for your team and customers.

You will enjoy the freedom to make a real impact driving the financial and commercial performance of your business, across all four revenue streams; the bar, diner, amusements and bowling.
