You will ensure all cleaning is carried out in line with agreed methods and AAK‐specific cleaning requirements, including the correct use of approved chemicals, equipment, and materials.
You will lead and develop a multi-skilled production team, manage labour and attendance, monitor performance against KPIs, and ensure customer orders are delivered in full and on time.
You will directly lead, coach and inspire all team members on your shift to ensure they provide total customer satisfaction and a great product at all times. We’ll give you the knowledge and skills for this role if you can provide the determination and attitude to become an inspiring leader.
