You will take ownership of defended arrears litigation once matters escalate beyond pre-action recovery, acting as both a hands-on fee earner and a technical lead, supporting junior colleagues and driving cases through to resolution or trial where required.
You will also manage accounts undergoing complex change of tenancy processes and collaborate with third-party Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs) to oversee the end-to-end collection of debt up to the point of litigation. What you’ll be doing - Portfolio Management: Effectively manage a defined portfolio of high-risk customers through the debt collection process.
