You will lead a small team of Chiller Engineers, overseeing workload allocation, performance, and technical output. You'll ensure all equipment is repaired, maintained, winterised and prepared to a high standard before returning to the fleet.
You will guide them through their often complex enquiries and enable them to access appropriate support.
You will also play a critical part in ensuring that we have the data and evidence to raise emerging issues with policy makers by ensuring that all enquiries are recorded fully, accurately and in line with our privacy and data protection guidelines.
