You will be responsible for fabricating and repairing vehicle components, chassis, frames, and bodywork, working from engineering drawings and specifications. The role will involve MIG and TIG welding, fault repair, and modification work to a high standard.
You will become a key member of the workshop team, with opportunities to support and train apprentices.
You will be provided with a clear framework whilst still having the autonomy to manage your home with the additional support and infrastructure. We work with an open, honest, supportive approach, where quality of care is at the heart of everything we do. It is an exciting time to consider joining the Barchester family.
