You will be responsible for leading the team during your shift:: - Leading: showing the warehouse team how it’s done, leading by example and being responsible for the management of Staff on shift. Training new team members and being confident on process and product - Picking and packing: accurately pick and pack items on a per order basis for dispatch to customers

You will be responsible for the successful delivery of a highways improvement contract ensuring their objectives and targets are achieved leading to the successful overall delivery of the projects.

You will also manage the teams on site (either internal or external providers) and Deputise for the works Manager in their absence.

You will be responsible for assisting service users in achieving their personal goals, supporting their emotional and physical wellbeing, and maintaining a safe and positive environment within the centre.

You will support the safe, clean, and effective running of the site, carrying out general caretaking and maintenance duties alongside regular minibus driving. Flexibility, strong organisational skills, and a proactive “can-do” attitude are essential.
