You will be required to interact with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders daily.

You will be responsible for managing guest reservations, checking guests in and out, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations at the front desk.

You should be detail-oriented to ensure that all guest information is accurate, and all bookings are processed efficiently.

You will use the supplier management platform, Excel, PowerBI and other reporting tools and platforms to support your work as directed.

You will ensure that all electrical services are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with statutory regulations, organisational policies and recognised industry standards.

You will also act as an Authorised Person for designated electrical systems and participate in a 24/7 on-call rota, taking senior responsibility for estate-wide incidents when required.
