You will be the first point of contact, providing a warm, professional reception experience. Using sensitive listening skills, you'll offer calm support even when individuals may be distressed, and ensure any concerns are passed on accurately. You'll also manage incoming/outgoing mail, handle deliveries, and keep reception and waiting areas tidy and welcoming.
