You will be involved in providing both personal and physical care in line with each individual’s care plan.

You will also support in maintaining and improving individuals wellbeing through participation in things such as arts and crafts, sports, shopping trips, holidays and various other activities.

You will be required to: – work a variety of shifts on a rota basis including days, evenings, weekends, wakeful nights, public holidays and sleep in duties. – hold a full current driving licence which allows you to legally drive in the UK is also required – have Business Class 1 vehicle insurance.

You will have experience supporting vulnerable people in a residential setting and if you share our values and are willing to make a difference to the lives of autistic people, we’d love to hear from you. Your working pattern in this role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families, and will include evening and weekend working.

You will become part of our incredible team, helping to deliver emotional and practical care and support for vulnerable adults and transforming their lives on a daily basis.
