You will need hands on experience working within a care setting and be confident enough to follow a care plan to support clients who you may not have met previously Duties include, but are not limited to; - Having the confidence to complete assessments with new clients following discharge from hospital

You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car for work purposes. This is a driver's only role due to travelling between visits across Oxfordshire.

You must also be able to commit to working alternate weekends. Fully paid travel time with 40p per mile mileage between visits.

You must be over 21 years old and have the right to work in the UK. - A minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience working within a children's/young adult setting desirable - Knowledge in one of EBD, SEMH, CSE or SEN/SEND. - A Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce is desirable.
