reablement support worker jobs in Antrim

You will be expected to provide support within clinics and contribute to the smooth running of services across various Northern Trust locations, including Antrim, Mid Ulster, Coleraine, and Glengormley. Phlebotomy training is essential for this role, as you will be required to carry out blood sampling as part of your duties.

You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements. You may also be required to administer personal care and medication. There will be a requirement to cover sleep in sessions.

You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep in. Lisburn is an Independent Living service.

You will be willing to undergo an Enhanced Access NI police check through Keenan.

You will join a friendly and established team whose emphasis is on 'making safeguarding personal' and delivering a proportionate response to concerns raised about adults at risk. The team work with adults aged 18 and above across all areas, specialising in undertaking adult safeguarding duties in line with Section 42 of the Care Act 2014.
