You will work closely with the technical lead to ensure that all of the relevant log sources are onboarded and ingested into XSIAM in accordance with industry best practices and customer requirements.
You will then work to determine a suitable detection strategy, helping to protect customers from threats, by designing and implementing correlation rules.
You will work across a variety of complex analytical problems, owning experimentation end-to-end—even when ideal conditions such as user randomisation or high statistical power are not present.
You will work within a Technical Service Desk ITIL environment and will have technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve incidents and complete Service Requests, aiming for resolution at the 1st time of asking.
You will be required to adopt a flexible working pattern and be committed to self development and training. There will be the prospect of undertaking an NVQ and Health Care Worker Certificate.
