You will currently be working as a Quantity Surveyor, with experience either fully focused on Mechanical & Electrical services or within a wider construction role with strong MEP exposure. You will be expected to visit each site every week.
You will manage the packages of work, dealing with internal staff and any subcontractors and you will need to be onsite to do valuations and forecasts at the end of the month
You will be a QS who is used to working on high value projects, preferably with a main contractor with strong emphasis on contractual terms.
You will be supporting other more senior members of the commercial team in delivering the varied commercial duties for our Rolls-Royce projects, as well as being responsible for procuring and managing our supply chain.
You will actively seek to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality for our client.
You will be based out of the Bristol office with occasional travel to live sites (south of Somerset) as required.
