You will take responsibility for the clinical governance and the running of the service of the home in the absence of the Home Manager, ensuring care delivery meets CQC requirements and aligns with company policies and procedures.
You will influence - and work collaboratively with - the operational teams and agree solutions together. Reporting to our Head of Technical, you will be accountable for the daily management of our Quality department and related functions, as well as development of site standards to ensure product quality and safety are not compromised.
