You will demonstrate a pro-active approach to design development, working within a team environment from the project’s inception through to its completion.
You will be tasked with the control of the complete design process involving the management of consultants, liaison with the relevant statutory and local authorities and other internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
You will have extensive previous hands-on experience servicing, fault find and fix on HVAC systems covering both cooling and heating through air conditioning, refrigeration, chillers and heat pumps. Excellent communication skills are required as you will be advising service engineers from a variety of different backgrounds, and from intermediate to advanced levels of knowledge/experience.
You will play a central role in designing, building, implementing and communication of pricing models and rating algorithms.
You will also be responsible for monitoring performance to ensure key metrics such as premium, conversation rates, retention rates and profitability are in line with business objectives.
You will take full responsibility for the construction and civils phase of a £30m warehousing project, managing programme, cost, risk, and compliance from site start through to completion. The position requires a confident, delivery focused professional who can operate autonomously, manage complex stakeholder interfaces, and maintain strict control over safety, quality, and commercial performance.
