You will own the engineering function across CNC machining, assembly, and test operations, while leading both new product introduction and continuous improvement across existing production lines.

You will control technical direction, capital spend, and team performance across the full manufacturing lifecycle.

You will be a mechanically biased engineer with experience working in manufacturing / factory environments, with a minimum level 3 qualification in an Engineering discipline. Safety is our biggest priority, so you’ll be committed to safe working and have strong experience of health and safety best practice.

You will be a qualified finance professional with: - Strong technical knowledge across financial accounting, tax, VAT, and treasury - Proven experience in statutory reporting, audit, and financial control - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK. Flexibility in your availability, with the ability to travel to different care settings. A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively. A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
