You will ensure robust processes, strong governance and high-quality financial information to support senior leadership and PE stakeholders. A core element of the role will be designing, building and leading your own finance team, covering transactional finance (AP & AR) as well as management accounting, creating scalable structures and processes fit for a PE environment.
You will be on site from the groundworks stage, managing the build through structure, externals, internals and final handover. The business self-delivers key elements of the works, so this role suits someone comfortable working closely with in-house teams as well as subcontractors.
You will operate as a site-embedded Health & Safety Manager, working closely with construction managers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with Tier 1 standards. The role balances hands-on site leadership with reporting, assurance and coordination activities completed remotely.
