You will be joining a team with the superb support of: * Our established patient base * Access to our clinical support group * Available Regional Manager and Clinical Director * Support with any training to increase the services you offer (possible financial help too) * Lead clinician on hand to help discuss cases and patient issues and actively encourage this.

You will be responsible for: - Using TIG welding equipment to fabricate parts and assemblies in line with production schedules. - Preparing tools, equipment, and components for welding operations. - Manufacturing components using jigs and fixtures according to works orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

You will implement individual and group interventions, adjusting and refining formulations to meet patient needs.

You will also support staff development through training programmes and provide supervision to Assistant Psychologists, helping to build a strong and skilled team.
