You will be responsible for the overall operational delivery of projects, inclusive of the health and safety, technical, commercial, financial and managerial requirements, from bid, pre-commencement to practical completion. Whilst also, ensuring that profitability is maintained or improved through effective leadership.

You will ensure and maintain a high level of Health & Safety compliance at all times and maximise best use of resources on site to acheive high levels of recycling and diversion. Safety is at the forefront of eveything we do here at Renewi.

You will be required to participate in standby or other out of hour's service arrangements, as appropriate.

You will ensure and maintain a high level of Health & Safety compliance at all times and maximise best use of resources on site to acheive high levels of recycling and diversion. Safety is at the forefront of eveything we do here at Renewi.

You will be working along with the facilities team within Islay Hospital and associated sites for the delivery of facilities services to our departments, wards and Gortonvogie Residential Home.

You will have access to a wide range of learning and development opportunities via face to face training and online courses.

You will have exposure to: * Bookkeeping - Quarterly preparation and cloud software support.

You will be involved in Preparation of Sole Trader, Partnerships and Limited Company financial statements with any associated compliance including submissions to Companies House.

You will have exposure to high quality work and clients and work with partners that are excellent at what they do.
