You will be involved in: - Pricing tenders from initial enquiry through to submission - Carrying out take-offs from drawings and specifications - Preparing cost plans, estimates and tender returns - Issuing and analysing subcontractor enquiries - Identifying risks, exclusions and value engineering opportunities
You will be required to complete cost analysis and risk reports based on trends in the market as well as in the business.
You should expect to complete cost reports & forecasts for each sector of the business & the group as a whole.
You will need to have good communication skills to liaise with clients & contractors as well as C-Suite.
