You will ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards including AS9100 and NADCAP, lead audits internally and externally, and champion lean practices within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The Ideal Candidate:
You will take full ownership of multiple construction contracts, overseeing projects from initial enquiry and contract award through to delivery, handover, and final account.
You will be working for an expanding business who have been at the forefront of their industry for over 20 years!
You will be a technical advisor to subcontractors and assist with quality control and assurance.
You should be capable of implementing minor drawing pack updates yourself, and will draw on the project design team for significant updates where help is required. - Champion the design into the PRR, ensuring the facilities, test and ancillary equipment necessary for production is in place ready for PRR, to minimise delays getting into production.
You will be passionate about food quality and presentation, maintaining high standards, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to perfection.
You will be integral in leading the kitchen team, training and mentoring junior staff, and ensuring that operational efficiency and food safety standards are met.
