A qualification in plastics, engineering, or manufacturing management would be beneficial. You will be required to take ownership of the day-to-day moulding operations, ensuring quality, efficiency and continuous improvement across the shop floor. The successful candidate will have proven leadership experience within an injection moulding or plastics manufacturing environment, with strong technical knowledge of injection moulding processes, tooling & materials.
You will spend a mixture of your day focusing on leadership & seniority duties, with the flexibility in performing hands-on PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks on M&E & building systems.
