You will be working in an R&D environment, so will need to be able to demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to problem solving.
You will bring strong experience in PLC (Siemens S7), HMI, Motion Control, Vision Systems, Instrumentation and PID control systems, and additional skills in databases would be beneficial.
You will support high-volume manufacturing, work closely with engineering teams, and lead vision system activities from design to installation. Ideal candidates will have a background in engineering or science, proven experience in machine vision integration, and programming skills in C or C#.
You will need to have completed a recognised Engineering apprenticeship or have a higher education qualification (such as a ONC, HNC, HND or degree) in a related subject.
You will also be required to demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with your peers and other departments and to maintain a high standard of record keeping as required by our stringent quality systems.
