You will have some experience in this kind of work.
You will need to have a proficient level of written and spoken English for the purposes of case recording as well as an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent apprenticeship.
You will be able to demonstrate strong skills in managing and prioritising a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolution of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You will need to have previous experience of working within a care environment, preferably within Adult social care and you will have an NVQ Level 2 Care qualification or equivalent and a willingness to work towards Level 3.
