You will be required to join the Callout rota covering reactive works outside of normal working hours. The rota averages 1 week in 6 at present.
You will also carry out a multitude of other service tasks unrelated to your primary trade at both of the aforementioned locations.
You will ensure that demands for leasehold Service Charges and Ground Rent are raised as per budget and issued in a timely manner in line with company procedure, ensuring that all Direct Debit Mandates are processed in accordance with Direct Debit legislation.
You will demonstrate previous experience in a supervisory capacity or team-leader role.
