You will be responsible for your own supplier ledger and will work with them to improve processes where necessary by: - Ensuring supplier invoices are received by the deadline given. - Receipt of proof of deliveries - Reconcile/match to orders on our bespoke system. - Request missing documentation from the service provider and ensure prompt receipt, adhering to month end deadlines.
You will also be discussing stock levels, and working with the sales team to monitor stock levels and product availability, as well as answering general enquiries through other departments and from the general public.
You will work within the Finance team and working closely with the senior credit controller with duties including: - Processing bank receipts to the Sage accounting system in a timely and organised manner.
You should have solid experience in credit control and sales ledger work, with the ability to operate confidently in a fast‑paced environment.
