You will work alongside experienced engineers, data scientists and subject matter experts on programmes covering modelling and simulation, autonomous systems, synthetic environments and digital twins.
You will stay close to the code while contributing ideas, shaping solutions and engaging directly with customers.
You will need to be organised and ambitious to provide supervision and guidance to the Finance Team and ensure all financial and accounting operations within the Finance Department are carried our to a high standard. Experience of SAP and Xero software would be highly desirable.
You will bring proven experience of leading major software engineering programmes, ideally within the defence sector.
You should demonstrate strong commercial judgement, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate senior stakeholders and diverse teams alike.
You will provide regular progress reports to the project management and ensure project milestones are delivered in a timely manner.
You will be working closely with the exercise delivery and leading the technical teams to deliver a seamless experience to the training audience.
