You will own a portfolio of HSS ProService Marketplace Customers where you will be responsible for collecting monies owed in accordance with agreed payment terms.
You will also monitor and manage Customer credit limits in order to minimise bad debts, whilst maintaining positive relationships for HSS.
You will lead a team responsible for the communication with administrators on new investment structure, regulatory reporting, reviewing administrator outputs, managing intercompany reconciliations, supporting statutory reporting and any audit processes, serving as a critical link between the administrators, fund controllers and other stakeholders, both internal and external.
You will play a key role in supporting quality assurance throughout the supply chain, manufacturing, inspection, and despatch stages, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external inspectors.
You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal to enable you to communicate with team members and suppliers. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience of working within a small team will be beneficial for this role. Use of CRM systems is essential.
You will manage a range of domestic and commercial applications, contribute to the team on a wide range of related activities including dealing with dangerous structures, enforcement and advising on demolitions.
You will train and mentor junior staff, where necessary under supervision, to ensure the service grows its talent pool and develops staff of the future.
