You should be an experienced Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable clerk, who is used to working in a fast paced role to deadlines.

You will be responsible for your own supplier ledger and will work with them to improve processes where necessary by: - Ensuring supplier invoices are received by the deadline given. - Receipt of proof of deliveries - Reconcile/match to orders on our bespoke system. - Request missing documentation from the service provider and ensure prompt receipt, adhering to month end deadlines.
