Pupil Support Assistant jobs in Margate

You will be required to support the manager in the daily running of the service and must be IT literate.

You will also undertake staff supervisions and chair team meetings.

You will be working within a team to provide 24-hour cover, 7 days a week. Therefore, you may be required to work evenings and weekends and cover sleep-ins (paid at £70.47 per night).

You will work flexibly across the school, including:- Supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups- Leading whole-class lessons when required- Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and a love of learning

You will develop strong, positive relationships with pupils, encouraging engagement, interaction, and emotional regulation while supporting effective behaviour management strategies.
