You will be a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor with either/both experience in commercial and corporate, likely 5+ years PQE (likely currently at a similar firm at Senior Associate or Partner level)
You will be responsible for your own caseload consisting of mainly disrepair, possession, injunction and private landlord matters, meeting financial and billing targets and assisting other fee earners.
You will also draft advice court documents, bundles, witness statements, statement of costs together with briefing and corresponding with Counsel.
You will be given an excellent opportunity to progress within the firm and hone your skills in a supportive, team-oriented legal environment.
You will run your own caseload of matters including EL/PL/RTA and clinical negligence matters ranging from fast-track and multi-track.
You should be a bright enthusiastic candidate with proven academic aptitude and have the genuine desire and talent for a career in law.
You will be enrolled in the pension after 3 months of employment dependent on age and salary.
You will receive an additional day’s holiday after every two years of service to a total maximum of 30 days.
