You will act as the key liaison between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure that all design elements align with project specifications, programme timelines, and budgetary requirements. Key Responsibilities:Lead the coordination of design activities on large-scale industrial projects (warehouses, distribution centres, or data centres).
You will work within a multidisciplinary team of engineers and support staff delivering a consistent high-quality service for clients, ensuring that repeat and new business opportunities are developed, and profitability is achieved. In this key and varied role, you can expect to:
You will work from home for digital tasks and travel across Essex, Southend, and Thurrock, with occasional evening and weekend commitments.
You will also collaborate with internal and external partners on work-related road safety initiatives and contribute to developing new courses aligned with Vision Zero.
