You will be joining the practice after expansion, with 4 consult rooms, a dental and imaging suite, a separate induction area, prep room and lab room, a large colleague space, and a quiet waiting area.
You will be an experienced vet who is confident in routine surgery looking for your next steps in your career, or an existing certificate holder/ working towards a certificate.

You will be supported by an experienced clinical team and CPDs and Certificates can be supported Excellent salary up to £60,000 (DOE, FTE) There is a relocation package available (reviewed case by case, T&Cs apply)
You will be responsible for dealing with non-clinical related complaints.
You will strive to continually look for ways to improve the client journey by re-assessing protocols and obtaining feedback from clients, while actively promoting our online presence.
You will greet each client and offer support, guidance, and expertise, managing payments and future bookings confidently.
You will bring enthusiasm and drive to your role. Your passion for service is matched with your love of pets. You can deal with everything that is thrown at you, from comforting a client who has had some bad news about their pet or sharing in the joy of a new puppy’s first visit to the vet.
You will have a protected lunch break and dedicated admin time for your telephone calls etc.
You will ideally have experience in surgery and be willing to undergo further training so you can help drive us forward as a team and a practice as a whole.
