You will responsible for leading them on a day to day basis and supporting them to meet the deadlines involved in the HR & Payroll System Replacement Project working closely with Project Officers in IT and HROD. You must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the required zone of operation (Oban) Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, provides proactive security services and cutting-edge smart technology to deliver tailored, integrated security solutions that allow clients to focus on their core business.

You will be working along with the facilities team within Islay Hospital and associated sites for the delivery of facilities services to our departments, wards and Gortonvogie Residential Home.

You will have access to a wide range of learning and development opportunities via face to face training and online courses.

You will report to Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager and will be responsible to help keeping Scotland moving. Responsibilities and Activities Winter maintenance duties which include fitting gritter body and blade, driving gritter and spread salt by hand if required.

You will work an average of 41.5 hours per week (including 4.5 hours contracted overtime) over a two-week rotating shift pattern; seven days on and seven days off. We will also expect you to take part in the out-of-hours bookable sailings and call out rota to support emergency services.
