You will be visible in the market, representing the claims function at senior levels, influencing strategy, and supporting the development of a best-in-class claims service. This is a high-profile role offering autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how the business is perceived in the market.
You will promote the function’s proposition, processes and performance, ensuring they are valued and understood, both internal and externally.

You will ensure the firm meets its regulatory obligations under MAR and FCA requirements, while continuously strengthening the effectiveness, efficiency, and maturity of the market surveillance function. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical expertise, people management, and stakeholder engagement within a regulated investment environment.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our proposals are not only competitive but also showcase our unique value proposition.
You will oversee the entire bid process from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines are met and quality standards are upheld.
You will act as the client advocate, ensuring their needs are fully understood and met through close collaboration with internal teams. - You may assist with making sales calls, handling client feedback or complaints, analysing data, and continuously improving the overall client experience.
