Proposals Engineer jobs in Gloucester

You will be responsible for the timely delivery and quality of a proposal, with direct oversight and control of the proposal process, operating from the Pre-Proposal Preparation phase through to Post-Submittal of the Northrop Grumman Business Acquisition Process (BAP).

You will work closely with sales, customers, and internal technical teams, acting as the technical authority on applications, feasibility, and solution development. While the role broadly spans the areas below, the split is flexible and will evolve with the individual. Key responsibilities

You will take full ownership of assigned projects, acting as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget.
