You will manage office P&Ls, budgets, and growth strategies with the full backing of a structured, national brand.

You will drive operational targets and improve service delivery while managing the property management teams effectively. The position requires a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

You will be field-based, attending customer sites carrying out servicing, maintenance, breakdowns and installations of compressed air systems and associated equipment.

You will work as part of a highly experienced engineering team, reporting into the Service Management team who will plan and allocate your daily workload.

You will experience hands on learning with our IT platforms out in the field.

You will be supported and coached by our champions in the field to embed your learning, build your confidence and you will have access to our digital platform that will support you day to day! Our training programme meets the global quality standards set by City & Guilds and enables continuous improvement.

You will be supplied with a company van, credit card and fuel card and travel to local customer sites to install, commission, maintain and repair of equipment.

You will be paid door to door and be given full training on the equipment.

You will experience hands on learning with our IT platforms out in the field.
