You will be protecting SGN’s interests by drafting and negotiating a wide range of property and infrastructure documents for strategically important, interesting and challenging projects across Scotland.
You will report to the head of the Property legal department, enjoy exposure to senior managers and be able to influence at a senior level.
You will manage purchases, sales, remortgages, and title transfers while maintaining compliance with legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of Scottish property law.
