You will have the ability to work on your own initiative with a minimum of supervision. This role is extremely varied allowing you to gain extensive product knowledge and experience. Ideally you will have previous experience in the spares industry, but more importantly, you will have the right attitude and enthusiasm with ambition to take ownership of your own success.
You will deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way - Leading from the front, you will be hands on working with the team on the line and on floor with customers - Responsible for supporting your General Manager and delivering store results - Having full ownership of your P&L, which means you will need to drive sales whilst controlling costs
