You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive an initial competitive salary of £29,500 per annum.
You will undergo first class training and development, including holding stores on a planned and ad hoc basis with a view to you potentially becoming a Cover Manager at the end of your training, and then potentially on to becoming Store Manager of your own Store.
You will work closely with teachers and a range of professionals (such as therapists and specialists) to ensure every child is supported to meet their full potential. Key responsibilities will include:Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with diverse learning needs.
You will:Provide personalised support – Deliver 1:1 assistance and small group sessions to pupils with SEMH needs. Build trust and connection – Create strong, supportive relationships that help pupils feel valued and understood. Encourage learning and growth – Help deliver creative, engaging lessons that meet individual learning goals.
