You will be responsible for, but not limited to: Coordinating an extremely active calendar of meetings.
You will also be able to work outside of your routine, think on your feet and enjoy a varied and diverse set of responsibilities. We are also looking for someone with strong IT skills including all Microsoft packages and the ability to take minutes and actions in meetings.

You will liaise with internal and external contacts at the highest levels and will be responsible for organising meetings and travel arrangements for the MD.
You will ensure that the Administrator and Receptionist are supported, providing cover during periods of absence as working with the group Facilities team on matters relating to the office.
You will of course manage and oversee a range of financial activities including the corporate financial function and the service charge accounts team, who are responsible for the production of annual budgets and service charge accounts along with managing the annual audit process for over 200 developments.
You will be highly motivated and deadline-focused with a positive and optimistic attitude, displaying outstanding communication and organisation skills, with a great eye for detail. You’ll be dynamic and flexible in your approach to work, often multi-tasking with a variety of stakeholders, juggling ideas and feedback, as well as being reliable and confident to work under pressure.
