You will also provide building and construction advice to the internal teams within a privately-owned, vertically integrated real estate investment, asset, and property management environment.
You will play an active role on all aspects of planning, refurbishment, development and project delivery across the retail and business portfolio.
You will be based at their trophy central London offices, with fully flexible and hybrid working options. In this role, you’ll manage multiple residential surveying projects concurrently, deliver exceptional client service and drive towards billing targets.
You will be joining their central Essex office within the successful Building Surveying department.
You will be involved with a range of duties including specification writing, contract administration, dilapidations, building surveys and condition surveys.
You will receive full APC support as part of the role (if required).

You will be responsible for conducting residential surveys and schedules of condition, identifying and analysing defects, and providing expert advice to our clients. Full training in our systems will be provided. We use the RICS official templates to undertake our surveys. If you have experience in valuation and Party Wall services this would be a bonus.
You will provide expert advice on building regulations and sustainability and support business development initiatives and contribute to bids and proposals.
