You must have SMSTS and First Aid to start this role. Working Monday to Friday with a salary of up to £70k negotiable plus package and car depending on experience.
You must be client facing, be able to hold progress meetings and review processes to make sure phases are handed over on time and within budget.
You will oversee the performance of multiple external contractors and consultants, ensuring the highest standards of governance, quality assurance, health and safety, and technical compliance across the supply chain and National Highways.
You will be site-based with visits to the office as needed.
You will be involved in all stages of the multiphased project, from procurement and site set-up through to final account.
You will be working in a similar role with clear experience of delivering residential projects, ideally on behalf of housing associations.
