You will work within a consistent team to provide a safe, engaging, and supportive home environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Clinical Support: Administering medication and nutrition via PEG feeding. - Physical Assistance: Utilizing Moving and Handling equipment and techniques to ensure safety and comfort.

You must be able to work within and uphold the Christian ethos of CrossReach, be willing to register with the SSSC and join the PVG Scheme.

You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.

You will be able to clearly share 2 years experience supporting individuals who require high levels of support and are often deregulated.

You will have experience of providing detailed and accurate daily record keeping and incident reporting.

You will demonstrate creativity when engaging and establishing trust with children and young people and demonstrate sound communication and judgement.
