You will undertake face to face delivery of Youth Work, meeting the needs of young people.

You will be leading a youth work team to plan, deliver and evaluate programmes and activities using the Fife CLD Quality Framework.

You will be required to undertake Fife Council training to ensure you act in accordance with policy around Health & Safety, Child and Adult Protection and Data Protection.

You will conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans for adults in need.

You will safeguard vulnerable adults from abuse, neglect, and exploitation through investigation and collaboration with other agencies.
