You will plan, implement and document technical solutions and assist in the transitions of solutions into live service, as well as providing 3rd line support services. You will be taking calls from customers and helping to resolve their IT issues; you will be the first point of contact for our client’s customers.
You will be resolving incidents using your own initiative, knowledge and problem-solving skills, using remote support tools to remotely solve and fix issues, keeping customers up to date throughout the incident life cycle.
You will be confident in presenting and reporting to senior stakeholders, and taking the lead to ensure deadlines are met.
You will be educated to GCSE level including Maths and English, with excellent written and spoken English in order to communicate effectively at all levels, managing expectations at every touchpoint, including Board level.
You will be based daily at our Head Office in Ringwood with office hours as 9.00 – 5.30 Monday to Thursday and 9.00 – 5.00 on Friday.
