You will deliver Fire Sprinkler projects on time, to budget and in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements. What you will be doing - Leading project Initiation/handover meetings with all stakeholders including Sales, Design, QS. - Production and maintenance of project programme.
You will be responsible for preparing delivery plans, managing consultant teams, liaising directly with clients and contractors, overseeing tender processes and reporting on progress, risk and budget. Working alongside internal cost consultants and senior stakeholders, you will be the day-to-day project lead on multiple schemes.
You must be confident in managing the day-to-day operation of the home as you will be someone your team looks to for support and leadership to help deliver positive outcomes for the adults in your care.
You will develop strong relationships with the Bright Futures Team and the people we support to ensure the best possible outcomes.
You will provide practical and visible leadership throughout the day.
You will work collaboratively with other Team Managers and your Supported Living Manager to ensure high quality support is provided in line with our extensive and person centred support plans.
You will get 32 days’ paid holiday a year increasing to 34 days.
You will be responsible for planning and implementing engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring that projects are successfully delivered on time. The role would suit a Project Engineer from a Facilities, HVAC or Fire protection background who is looking to develop their career and take the lead on exciting projects.
You should ideally be a Quantity Surveying Graduate with a completed Degree. Knowledge of the construction process including both new build and fit-out / refurbishment.
