You will report directly in to the divisional director who will support you in making the contract a success.

You will receive a comprehensive induction, training, and awareness sessions to support your effectiveness in the role - A commitment to provide the time (circa 20 days per annum) and energy required is essential.

You will provide administrative support including but not limited to the preparation of meeting papers (agenda / minutes), provide supporting papers and take follow up actions or chase action owners including booking rooms/ venues

You will also complete project tasks such as the maintenance and management of project documentation, such as risks and issues and Project templates and standards

You will assist in the co-ordination of Sales Representatives to efficiently distribute sales leads, arrange appointments and following up on the outcomes of the appointments to help maximise sales. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organised individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting, negotiating, and developing strong relationships with customers.
