You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, covering administration, HR support, documentation, and general coordination. This role is ideal for someone returning to work part-time or looking for genuine flexibility. If you have a positive attitude and enjoy creating structure, we'd love to hear from you.
You will be organised, efficient, and good at multitasking. You’ll be able to work collaboratively as part of a team but also use your own initiative. You’ll have good written and verbal communications skills, with an excellent eye for detail when it comes to proof reading and formatting documents.
You will be IT literate and with a good knowledge of Word and Excel.
You will be working on a variety of projects that add value to the business and can make a huge difference in every aspect of it, being given real responsibility to drive business improvement.
You will have exposure to wider business functions including product development, manufacturing, distribution, and marketing and learn much about how a business operates.
You will work across all levels of the business, engaging with business leaders, system users, and technical teams to define what "good" data looks like and how it is governed in practice.
You will have a strong understanding of data modelling, hierarchy management, and golden record creation, and be comfortable working across ERP, CRM, PLM, and QMS environments within complex organisations.
